Here the full message from the TeamSpeak developers:
TS3 ATHPs - Server 3.0.7.2 - Released ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dear ATHP, In the recent weeks we were facing a new DOS attack against TeamSpeak 3 servers. This attack interferes with the way the server handles new client connections and causes very high CPU usages. To solve this issue completely, we will have to make some major changes in the server and client code. Today we released a server hotfix version 3.0.7.2 to reduce the impact of the DOS attacks. A new serverinstance variable named serverinstance_pending_connections_per_ip will allow reducing the number of uncompleted new connections from a single IP and therefore avoid the CPU usage peaks. * So please go to http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads to download and install the 3.0.7.2 server. * Login to the query interface with a serveradmin account. * Issue "instanceedit serverinstance_pending_connections_per_ip=2" command (you may use other low values but we recommend setting it to 2 or 4. Setting this value to 0 will disable the DOS protection). Please note that the server comes with DOS protection disabled per default. Enabling this DOS protection might allow attackers to start another DOS attack against a particular TeamSpeak user. This requires the attacker to know the IP address of that user. By sending fake connection packets with spoofed IP addresses of that particular TeamSpeak user, he may make it impossible for that user to connect. This threat however may be seen as low. The next client and server version release will address both issues. [ PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL NOTIFICATION ] Thank you, The TeamSpeak Team
TeamSpeak 3 Client Version 3.0.9.1 Hotfix Released
The TeamSpeak development team has announced the availability of version 3.0.9.1 of the TeamSpeak 3 Client.
This version is a hotfix that fixes an issue with the sound pack selection, which caused the default female sound pack to be selected when you did not modify your bookmarks since version 3.0.1 of the TeamSpeak client. If you already updated to the 3.0.9 release you will unfortunately have to set the sound pack for each bookmark in the bookmark manager or use the new button that was added to the notifications area in the options dialog to automatically set all your bookmarks to use the sound pack selected in the notification options.
If you have not yet updated to the 3.0.9 release you won’t have to do anything.

When upgrading to this version, old settings will be automatically converted. The now unused ini files are moved into a backup folder in the TeamSpeak config directory. Also this release includes many improvements like more hotkeys, better support for joystick and gamepad hotkeys on Windows and many minor corrections.
